Hi, I would like to add a new condition - isfileselected.
This is a condition that uses an embedded selector and
checks if a file passes the selector:

Example usages:
<isfileselected file="a.xml">
  <date datetime="06/28/2000 2:02 pm" when="equal"/>
</isfileselected>

<isfileselected file="a.xml">
  <or>
     <date datetime="06/28/2000 2:02 pm" when="equal"/>
     <size value="100" units="M" when="more"/>
   </or>
</isfileselected>
