Looks as if Steve's editor had saved the file as UTF-8 instead of ISO-8859-1. Should be fixed now. Has there been more than this one character?
Interesting. My linux boxes treat everything as utf8 by default, so it got converted on pull-down. Maybe we should embrace ASCII-7 and use &#ff00; style encodings for all high chars. That works in HTML, right?
