In accordance with section 4.6 of the antlibs subproject charter, an antlib needs a PMC majority to be accepted as a "proper" antlib. Majority means at least 3 +1s and more +1s than -1s (section 4.7).
Each Antlib also needs at least three committers with at least one PMC member among them. If you vote in favor of the promotion, please indicate whether you want to become a committer on the antlib. This is the vote for the .NET antlib that can be found in the sandbox/antlibs/dotnet subdirectory. I started to develop this set of task almost two years ago, there is an Ant 1.6 compatible branch and I know of a few people who successfully use the jar I've offered from my personal webspace on people.apache.org. The dotnetexec, nant and nunit tasks aren't fancy but work pretty well. I may get a chance to actually try msbuild pretty soon. The wix task is completely untested and I must admit that I don't even understand the underlying concepts of <wix>. You see, there still remain things to be done. OK, the ballot Shall the .NET antlib be promoted?
