The antlib has been accepted as a proper ant subproject by 6 +1s and no -1s, but the inital committers would only be Steve Loughran and Stefan Bodewig.
As you can see the there are only two instead of the required three committers so the antlib cannot be promoted. I see a couple of options, but will use a separate thread for this.
