http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=39961 Summary: Resource name attribute should be allowed to coeist with refid Product: Ant Version: 1.7Alpha (nightly) Platform: Other OS/Version: other Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: Core tasks AssignedTo: [email protected] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] If you use the ctor for Resource that passes a name() up to the attribute, such as when you give a custom resource a default name, then you cannot set a refid on the resource. Because its name is already set. The name attribute should (somehow) coexist with the refid, so that custom resources can set a default name if they feel like it. Otherwise, what is the point in having a constructor that takes a name? -- Configure bugmail: http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
