In this case nothing would create the vmlancher file that JunitTest tries to delete. This can happen if the classpath used for JUnitTestRunner contains weblogic.jar. A lot of versions of weblogic.jar contain org.apache.tools.ant.* classes. These can conflict with the classes in ant.
