If your example accurately represents what you're doing (i.e. you know which source archives you are combining) Ant 1.7 should allow you to do what you're attempting, though not with <zipgroupfileset>. This bug description really isn't sensible in the context of zipgroupfileset's implementation, either--zipgroupfileset IS a fileset and thus will NEVER support filelist.
