Ant doesnt have a "release plan". The next version will be available when "its finished" ;-) This means: - there must be some fixes, new features in the codebase - the PMC must think the "new" things are a new version worth - a volunteer to build the release ... Do you think there are fixes or features in SVN-Head and not in Ant 1.7.1 so we should make a release? Jan
