This turned out to be an issue in the WHATSNEW file. The entry about
this was accidentally added in the older release section - 1.10.14
instead of 1.10.15. I've corrected this part. As for adding Andrew to
the contributors list, it appears that the contributor did not want to
be added to the list as noted in their PR
https://github.com/apache/ant/pull/206#issuecomment-1815320520. So I
haven't updated the contributors list.
- FTP task now has an (experimental? / undocumented) option to use a
secure data channel with FTPS.
Fixed the ftp documentation/manual as well as included this change in
the WHATSNEW file.
With these changes, I've now initiated a vote mail of RC2 for Ant
1.10.15 release. Thank you again for spotting these issues.
