Adds Automatic-Module-Name: org.apache.tools.ant to the ant.jar manifest. ant.jar has neither a module-info.class nor an Automatic-Module-Name, so on the module path the JVM derives the module name from the file name. The value here matches the existing Extension-Name and the root package, so downstream libraries that require it get a stable name.
