I fixed the build by reverting the change to
/any23/trunk/mime/src/main/resources/org/apache/any23/mime/tika-config.xml
In addition, the update of tika to 1.2, along with the spi-extractors changes
that invalidate the way extractor plugins were previously used, really requires
a bumping of the minor version to 0.8, as the changes are far too large to be
considered a maintenance patch on the 0.7.0 release. I bumped the version in
subversion to accommodate this.
