I don't know anyone who refers to it as DCMIMetadataTerms, in practice. I would
suggest that you change it to DCTerms.
You don't need to support dc/elements/1.1 unless a parser wants to look for it,
as people are very rarely producing new documents using it. I would reserve the
DC namespace for dc/elements/1.1 to avoid confusion, even if it is not
implemented as a vocabulary.
