You can begin by explanding upon Michele's thoughts here
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ANY23-249
I advise you to also carefully read through my instructions.
Please feel free to log your thoughts on our wiki
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/ANY23/Google+Summer+of+Code#GoogleSummerofCode-Proposal:ANY23-249UpdateallW3CandotherStandardsCompliancewithinAny23
If you provide me with your wiki username then I will grant you access to
edit the wiki as you see fit.
