Right now if you build core and try to invoke the app assembler
{code}
./bin/any23 vocab
{code}
It spits out a message saying that no Factory implementation could be located
for nquads. This is because nquads is set as <scope>test</scope> within the
core/pom.xml
This trivial issues will address and fix that.
