I added implementations of Sesame RDFParser's for common OWL formats, including
Manchester Syntax, Functional Syntax (using the obo to owl algorithm that is in
owlapi), and OWL/XML to owlapi-rio:4. See the list at:

As OWL isn't an input format, per se, which particular format were you wanting
to target?
