FYI, the reason we did not get notified is that we have Github hooks set
up. The main source resides at the Apache Software Foundation at
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=any23.git
If we log an issue in the Any23 Jira instance at
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ANY23, and name the new branch after the
issue name, then we will be notified over on our developer list at
[email protected]
