In addition to the info in this issue, all of the core URLs (Suggested, HTTP,
and BACKUP SITES) listed on the Core Download webpage
(https://www-us.apache.org/dist/any23/2.0/any23/apache-any23-core-2.0.tar.gz)
Return 404 Messages.
Yes, this should be fixed for 2.1.
Perhaps a message can be posted on the web pages to show that we are aware of
the issue.
