Any23 core depends transitively on the LGPL-licensed [trove4j
library|https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/net.sf.trove4j/trove4j/3.0.3] as
dependency of owlapi. The LGPL license is [not
compatible|https://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#category-x] with the
Apache license. I don't know how dependencies are bundled with the Any23 binary
packages, but this dependency causes an issue with the Nutch binary package
which includes Any23 (see NUTCH-2290).
