if we could share resources with the Tika community which would enable us to
run an evaluation suite very similar to what is done in
[tika-eval|https://github.com/apache/tika/tree/master/tika-eval]. More
information on tika-eval can be found

https://wiki.apache.org/tika/TikaEvalOnVM and
https://wiki.apache.org/tika/TikaEvalDbDesign and there may be more somewhere
else.
The idea here would be for us to essentially clone and adapt the tika-eval
module so that we can regression and performance test Any23 at strategic times
e.g. prior to a release.
