Skewness and kurtosis are the 3rd and 4th moments of a probability distribution
(variance being the 2nd moment). Like the variance, skewness and kurtosis can
be computed in a single pass through the data (see, e.g.,
[http://www.johndcook.com/blog/skewness_kurtosis/]). I'm proposing a Malhar
operator that implements this.
