Description:
Memory requirement for the AppMaster various by the Application.
Currently, setting the AppMaster memory is done on the trial and error basis.
Proposal is
1st phase, atleast document the back of the envelope method to calculate the
AppMaster memory requirement.
2nd phase is to use the heuristics based on the DAG to auto calculate the app
master memory requirement.
