I would suggest to ask the author of the code to fix it or otherwise it will
never happen. I consider this a bug in the test and not a nice to have. It is
important to have useful tests that execute reliably in the CI.
The placement of shutdown after assertion is also a problem with the change you
pushed, see comment on the PR.
