Thanks for the catch.

For the wordcount.txt file that contains content from Project Gutenberg, it
says:

This eBook is for the use of anyone anywhere at no cost and with
almost no restrictions whatsoever.  You may copy it, give it away or
re-use it under the terms of the Project Gutenberg License included
with this eBook or online at www.gutenberg.org

The clause "the use of anyone anywhere at no cost and with almost no
restrictions whatsoever" made me think it was ASF license compatible,
although the word "almost" made it vague.

I will replace this with content that is certainly ASF license compatible
(e.g. content from apache.org web site) so it's not a big deal but this is
for future purposes.
