I don't see why. Changing the code and releasing are separate. The whole reason
I asked for a separate JIRA as that this Apex repository should not use
different ASF parent poms for no obvious reason. It is the parent pom change
(not the version) that has nothing to do with checkstyle and is not even needed
to publish a new version of the code style artifact.
