I merged the PR but think we should make some more changes:
There is no need to have another item "Documenation" under "Docs". We can
remove this first item in the second level nav and rename the top one from
"Docs" to "Documentation". Also I would prefer to see the item to be moved to
the left as it is one of the first things users look for.
Under "Community", we should have "Mailing Lists" and "Issue Tracking". It
would also be good to move the "Source" links there also (instead of cluttering
top level nav).
