1. Nav bar:
a. change Docs to Documentation, and move it next to Home
b. remove Apache tab, and add it under Community
c. under Community, add Mailing Lists, Issue Tracking, and Apache
d. Source => Github, and link it to https://github.com/apache/apex-core
2. Docs page:
a. align the nav bar left
b. Trouble shooting => Troubleshooting
