It may be even more complex to implement activate/de-activate approach, but it
allows to save history and keep an identity of operators. With the delete
approach, it is possible to delete an operator and add completely different
operator using the same name. I think that activate/deactivate approach will be
easier to use for end users, compared to easy to implement by the platform.
