For one of my applications, I was encountering blocked operator exception. 

To avoid this, I increased TIMEOUT_WINDOW_COUNT using 
dt.attr.TIMEOUT_WINDOW_COUNT=value.

However, this change is not reflecting on the unifiers present as a part of my 
application (32x32x8).
