Okay, after carefully reading [~thw]'s description line "...Docker support will 
also be a step towards supporting other cluster managers like Kubernetes, 
....:" I realize this JIRA does not require Yarn independence. However like 
[~PramodSSImmaneni] said what's the point in dockerizing an Apex app keeping 
Yarn libraries/dependence around and then running the app under Yarn as a 
docker container? I can see using Python & R apps/libraries within the Docker 
container is a benefit (as you mentioned)
