Hi, One of my pull request fails because of license.
After further investigation found out it was because of [ERROR] Failed to execute goal com.mycila:license-maven-plugin:2.11:check (default) on project malhar: Resource header.txt not found in file system, classpath or URL: no protocol: header.txt -> [Help 1] Maybe this license plugin is inherited from Apex Core and something was modified there?
