We are planning to add documentation to the Apex web site in the next few weeks.
We should also start putting together a page that a newcomer can use to get started contributing. One of the ideas is to create and label newbie JIRAs that folks wanting to get involved can get pick up. Smaller fixes that can wait can go into such backlog. Anyone wants to pick up this task (and create a JIRA for it)? Thanks, Thomas
