Description:
Reduce the severity of line length check from Error to Warning
Warnings with error are printed to console using the property
`checkstyle.consoleOutput`. This is provided by checkstyle plugin.
In Apex core, we have declared a property which is called `checkstyle.console`
which prints errors. This is rather confusing so we should change the name of
this property to `checkstyle.errorOutput`
