@chandnisingh It depends on impact and complexity of the changes. IMO, it
is an overkill to start a discussion on small bug fixes, maven plugin upgrades
or, like in this case, maven plugin configuration changes that can be easily be
reverted. Roadmap features and changes to the checkstyle rules need to be
discussed on dev@apex first as they have a much larger impact.
