Evolving/Unstable is an inner class of IntefaceStability so should be
specified as
<exclude>@org.apache.hadoop.classification.InterfaceStability$Evolving</exclude>
<exclude>@org.apache.hadoop.classification.InterfaceStability$Unstable</exclude>
This should cover JsonParser, Parser, XmlParser, CsvParser and their explicit
entries should be removed.
