I would write an uno package in order to add some functionality to the StarBasic IDE, and I would have some questions on this matter:
1) How can I specify the "context" of my uno package in the Addons.xcu ? (I don't want my icons/menues appears into other components)
It depends on which version to you want to use. Due to technical limitations there is no context for the Basic IDE in OOo 1.x. If you can use the upcoming OOo 2.0, please use "com.sun.star.script.BasicIDE" as the context identifier.
