I ran into exactly this problem (#i57753# :
http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=57753). So it might be
more accurate to say that:
"In practice this means that OOo API cannot be reliably programmed in
languages utilising dedicated threads for finalization (e.g. CLI, Java).
However, this problem has been fixed for Java (see issue 57753) and it's
CWS mtg1 is awaiting integration into the MWS."
