in this case it's very simple, XTableCharts is a child of XNameAccess.
so it's straight forward no special rule and no relation between
XIndexAccess and XEnumerationAccess here.

Just another (hopefully last question for the time being): should
XTypeProvider list the XNameAccess interface or are all superclass
interfaces implied?
