You use a wrong module name. If you want to get access to Calc use the following string "com.sun.star.sheet.SpreadsheetDocument". You can find the strings for the other modules in the OpenOffice.org Developer's Guide, chapter "6.1.3 Using the Component Framework", paragraph "Models".
