While playing with the scrollbar I have discovered
this nasty bug (the whole application hangs) and I
wonder if you have any suggestions for a workaround.

I render a document with an invisible frame, and then
I set the frame to visible (this behaviour I see in
2.0.1 and 2.0.2). There is always a few second gap
before the doucument is really ready, ie it is still
being rendered inside the frame, if you go and play
with the scrollbar before it finishes, the whole thing
hangs.

If you wait a few seconds and observe the change in
the scrollbar (it either flickers quickly or changes
size) then everything works perfectly.

The property SmoothScrolling seems to make it more
robust but even with SmoothScrolling I can reproduce
this problem.

I also played around with locking and unlocking the
controller but that didn't seem to work. I got a weird
error when I tried to unlock it, but maybe I was doing
something wrong.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there a way of
not showing the document until it really is ready?
