Hi all,
suppose you have a file.txt like this:
name1|10,123|10,100|10,456
name2| 0,154|0,122| 0,130
and you want to insert it in a (Calc) file.ods, so that, finally, it
looks like:
name1 |10,123 |10,100 |10,456
name2 | 0,154 | 0,122 | 0,130
Is there any way to save in a macro all the necessary steps to achive
this (choose file name, set delimiter= '|', etc.) ?
Of course, I made a few attemps with no valid result.
The main point, as I see it, is that it does not seem possible to define
a table range in file.txt: where this possible, I could use the
Insert/Link to external file, which then would work automagically each time
file.ods is opened.
Thanks for your attention.
Regards,
Ennio.
