Ok i've added ooRexx support to the snippet collection. Other languages
like e.g. JavaScript will be added when the first snippet for this
language is submitted. Please note if a snippet wants to use syntax
highlighting the language has to supported by vim's coloring plugin.
Updated the SnippetCreator:
- fixed the programming languages list
- fixed some typo in the first page of the dialog
