All jar files in program/classes are referenced explicitly. There is
AFAIK no generic option e.g. as LD_LIBRARY_PATH for class files. So,
adding your jar file to the user classpath is the right thing.
All jars files in <jre>/lib/ext are added to the CLASSPATH
automatically, having something similar in OOo would be nice.
