maybe you should ask on an Eclipse user list because your question is
not OpenOffice API related. I assume that Eclipse is setting up a new
classloader for the Tomcat server and your project class path (where you
have probably set the office jars) differs from this one.
But i am not sure and it's only a wild guess.
