i will try to copy the properties from oSrcDoc.getChapterNumberingRules(),
but don't know if this will work at this time :-)

P.S.

I found another posibility to copy the paragraph props:

oSrcDoc.storeToURL(sTmpURL, mArgs())
oDstDoc.StyleFamilies.loadStylesFromURL(sTmpURL, mArgs())
