The document you used for saving is still open so it can't be opened a second time. You have two options: (1) close the file (2) make sure that the document does have a unique location that is not used for opening later (1) means: call close(True) on the document you have used for storing (2) means: call storeToURL(sURL) instead of storeAsURL so that the document keeps its original location (or has none if it was freshly created before). In this case it will stay modified in case it was so before you started your storing loop.
