In the IDE you can also use a watch on your variable.
Sub Main
dim obj
obj = thisComponent.EmbeddedObjects(0)
End Sub
Put a watch on obj
Put a stop on End Sub
Unfold the obj tree in the watch window
obj.EmbeddedObject is displayed as : Null object
Thanks for this advice i will use this tehnique in the future
