I have two horizontal lines in my Word Document. In OOo they become
embedded objects (OLE) because they are drawings in Word. In OOoBasic I
can get the Component for these objects. But my CLSID is not 0. Maybe
the zero CLSID indicates that there is no OLE2 available for those objects.
Sorry that I cant help you any further. Probably somebody around here
knows far more about this topic than I do.

opened a Word Document with 2 pictures inside and checked the CLSIDs.
Those are definitely not zero.
What kind of object are embedded in your MSOffice Document? OLE Objects?
