don't know on Windows (as reported on this issue), but on Linux event
binding also works in DEV300_m19

the latest is DEV300_m19 and can be found in
http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/openoffice/extended/developer/
the folder with the highest number is the latest dev. snap. (today
DEV300_m19)
