Sorry for being so cryptic. I used the Pragmatic Programmers' term (see
<http://www.pragprog.com/the-pragmatic-programmer/extracts/tips>) to
indicate that code is repeated across createInstanceWithContext and
createInstanceWithArgumentsAndContext.
I didn't get it at first but then when I started to refactor my code
yesterday, I removed the repetition immediately :)
