it was NetBeans, but obviously *not* OOo plug-in for NetBeans. When you
add a new UNO component to your extension, implemented in a new class,
do not create this new class as if it was a "normal" Java class;
instead, choose "File" - "New file". In the dialog choose under
"Categories", OpenOffice.org, and in "File types" choose "Java UNO
object"; finally select the service you want to implement in the next step.
This will guaranty a correct code skeleton, and that the class will be
added in the manifest.
